Silver Sneakers Yoga allows you to move through classic yoga poses to increase flexibility, balance and range of motion. The classic poses are adapted to being seated, although there is some standing. The focus is on doing poses with intention and body awareness.

Equipment is limited, please bring your own if you have it. A cost of $3 for non silver sneakers members is payable to  instructor at the door.
