About the Event
Bring Your Own dumbbells/kettle bells and mats. Gentile weight training specially for Seniors. High repetitions with light weights. (Approximately 140 repetitions per sequence) tone and firm all major muscle groups.
Light weights are easier, heaver weights make the workout more challenging. Coordinated movements performed to music. Class format 50 minutes: divided into 10 four and a half minute sequences alternating with 30 seconds of rest between.
$3 per class payable to instructor at the door.
