Cardio Drumming $
Cardio drumming combines creativity and fitness to make your workout fun and empowering. There is no wrong or right way to drum and drumming may be done from a seated or standing position. All equipment is provided by Maumee Senior Center. Please wear the appropriate clothing to class.
