Perfect for the active older adult, this is an intermediate exercise class. Low impact cardio movements will raise the heart rate, while light resistance equipment will be used to strengthen the muscles. New participants welcome!

These classses are free to Silver Sneakers members and $3 per class for non-Silver Sneakers Members. If you are a new participant, please indicate if you have Silver Sneakers or not when registering for these classes.
