Health & Wellness Programs

Programs at the Maumee Senior Center include health andwellness programs and services. We offer exercise classes, nutrition information and health screenings. There is also an MS Support Group offered by the Multiple Sclerosis Society, a  widow/widower social group, and numerous other social functions.  Noon meals are prepared fresh daily and served Monday through Friday for a minimal donation for those 60 years and older.  Call the Senior Center a day in advance to schedule lunch.

The Senior Center is a focal point for information on community resources for older adults and their families and we assist in accessing these resources. Volunteer opportunities are available at the Center and in the community for those wishing to become more involved. Our modern facility is a great recreational center with a friendly atmosphere waiting for you to enjoy.
